Why would the news media industry (which has their own lobbyists separate from the film and television lobbyists retained by the AMPTP) employ lobbyists in a (hypothetical at this point in time) legal case that appears to have no impact whatsoever on the passing or not of legislation affecting the news media industry? What am I missing?

Well, every thing Fox said was a lie. Full frontal nudity wtf, the most you can see is a side boob and half a butt. (for like a second yeah)The thing is, the damage is done, people are like no mass effect!!! Eventhough every thing they said is a huge lie.

Well how old is the video game industry, it's only like 10-20 years. How old is the movie and entertainment industry. Movies have way more violence and nudity than any video game. Those things are like not even mentioned. Well shows on Fox, like house or CSI. Those shows are in prime time, and there are a lot of episodes that deal with sex, with women running around basically wearing nothing, or takes place in strip clubs. All the BS about the video game industry is so stretched.

Edit: I think Ms. stuck up text book nazi took back her statement because her book is selling really bad. I think she just did it to save face, she's not doing it because she admits she's wrong. Well, if she rly admits she's wrong, I'm not buying it.

BTW: during the interview, You can see Geoff Keighly trying to hold it together, you can tell he's gonna snap at any minute. Kudos for holding it together for the video game industry.
